Toll Free Transports

The Government of the Republic of Slovenia have defined the exemption from payment of toll with the Uredbo o cestninskih cestah in cestnini (Decree of toll roads and of toll for use of toll roads) (Ur.l. RS št. 62/2008). It is defined by the decree that we don´t pay a toll for:

• transport with vehicles of preference and for vehicles of escort, including vehicles in attendance;
• transport with military vehicles of the Slovenian army;
• transport with foreign military vehicles, which are used for needs implementation of tasks;
• defence of the country, international peace forces and others defensive and security tasks, if it is defined with international agreement;
• transport with vehicles which are used for needs of implementation tasks of humanitarian help to affected in peace and war on account of natural and other accidents or clash of arms;
• transport with vehicles which are used for needs activity maintenance of toll roads and for activity of collecting the toll.
